German Mid-Century Teak And Rosewood Sideboard With 4 Doors
Sorry, this product is now being loved by someone else
This German Mid-Century teak and rosewood sideboard has 4 outward opening doors and solid rosewood edge banding giving it everything we look for in great Mid-Century design: Beautiful, streamlined and highly functional. Designed and manufactured by Maier in the late 60's. It features 4 outward opening doors, with specialized hinges that allow you complete access to the interior space. Open the first door to reveal a shelf and built in dividers for your record collection. The middle 2 doors open to reveal a double sized storage area with an adjustable and removable shelf. The first two storage areas are finished in teak. The last door opens to reveal a white laminate interior with an adjustable shelf and a slide out bar. Making this piece perfect for storing your media components, fine dinnerware and a bar. All in one! The legs are truly exceptional as they are V shaped with exposed finger joinery. Giving it the very sought after “floating” look that is so sought after by designers. The front is trimmed out with solid rosewood edge banding. This provides a nice but subtle contrast with the teak body. Finished with a wood backing. A truly exceptional addition for any dining room or put it in your living area for a magnificent media cabinet with a bar.
