An outstanding large Mid-Century teak dining table by Jorgen Linde for Faarup Mobelfabrik. This table was available in 2 sizes when produced in the early 60's. This is the larger version. Stunning grain pattern and colour combined with incredible craftsmanship are the hall marks of this collector level dining table. The 2 leaves, conveniently store within the table. Simply slide the skirt on one side out and retrieve them when needed. These extension leaves are inserted on either end of the table. You can insert one or both. The table will comfortably seat 8 without the leaves and up to 12 with both leaves inserted. The table top has been refinished to showcase the glorious grain pattern and colour of this old growth, teak table. This table features a solid teak skirting and solid teak legs which can be removed for moving and storage. The carved teak flares on the skirting add even more sophistication and style.
